Gift Cards

To order a Gift Card, please complete this form. You will be asked the below information, so please have it to hand.

• How many gift cards?
• What is the amount of each gift card?
• Name and address that should appear on the invoice
• Provide name and email addresses of recipients

Next, your SwagUp rep will email an invoice which should be paid in Coupa (do not use your corporate card). Here are instructions to process the invoice in Coupa.

Once the invoice is paid, the vendor will email the recipients with their gift card.

Please note: You may want to notify recipients to expect an email from SwagUp and/or Shopify so they are aware this is not a Phishing exercise or spam.
